Hi I'm hoping to add done female friends for support and encouragement that are around the same age and hoping to achieve the same goals! I'm 35 years old and would like to lose a stone and then maintain my goal weight!

    I'm 36 female with 4 kids, live in the U.K. I'm looking to drop a few extra pounds also!! We can do this!!!
