Tracking exercise and Fitbit

Hi I have a question I use my for it to track my exercise for example if I walk for 30 minutes for bit tracks that should I also be entering that into mfp as week? Won't it double the minutes shown on Fitbit? That's die your help

There's no reason to track walking when FitBit tracks that perfectly as that is what is was made to do. Now if you want to log non-step based activities that is up to you. Personally I just let FitBit do its thing because eating an excessive amount of exercise calories doesn't work for me. As long as you long your start and end time it will not double count,0
