Hey guys, I'm just trying to create a support group. We would check in our weight with everyone each monday. Talk about our struggles and victories. Anyone in?

Just got back from a 3 week holiday, want to lose the last 10lb, eat between 1200 and 1800 a day basically just based on how hungry I am and try my.hardest to eat clean! Will be doing hammer and chisel starting from Monday! Please add me I'm not a bb coach or anything I just like the programs!0 -
