Vacation Meals

Helly everyone!! We are getting ready to go on a family vacation and will be driving around 1200 miles, so we will be in the car for a couple of lunches, breakfast and dinner. I was wanting to pack a cooler for our meals so we don't have to eat out, that way we can save money and calories. I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions on what to pack in the cooler. All I'm coming up with is PB&J and tuna salad. All suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!!

raw carrots, grapes, apples, fresh fruit, edamame, lite string cheese, wholly quacamole and/or hummus (to spread on multigrain crackers or dip veggies in) hardboiled eggs, no-sugar added applesauce.... I'm sure there's more, but that's off the top of my head right now! We are about to do the same thing!0

Almonds, low-fat graham crackers, and if you have a cooler, pack some of those weight watchers mozzarella string cheese sticks.0

wraps, oranges (already cut up), whole wheat blueberry muffins , nuts, pasta salad (for the rest stop areas).0
