"hoss" to describe a large, southern (usually white) male one does not know.

"hun" said by men to women

saying "honey" usually condescendingly by a woman to a man (or woman), often by a woman in a local government services office

"high motor guy" used to describe a white American football player that scouts don't think possesses elite athletic skills

"well-spoken" said by people who are surprised when someone they stereotyped to talk in a unique vernacular actually speaks clearly

The last 2 are NFL draft lead-up specials.

Please feel free to add on.
