TIP: Grapefruit and Cinnamon

Not only can consuming 1/4 tsp of cinnamon (a day, and more than recommended does not mean better) help to increase metabolism. BUT ALSO

The scent of cinnamon and also the scent of grapefruit (not together)

can send signals to the brain that have a "curbing appetite affect"

So sprinkle a little cinnamon in your coffee in the morning

Buy some Grapefruit Body spray

    I've seen research on the cinnamon thing... i didn't know the smell of grapefuit was appetite curbing too! if thats true i'm excited because i hate the taste of grapefruit but love the smell! (weird i know...but its too acidic lol)

    The scent of vanilla is also a great antidote to stress, which can ward off stress-related eating. =D

    Vanilla extract (not perfume scented ) but the actual stuff in your kitchen behind the ears and on the wrist. Supposedly attracts men!!

    I'm the same way. Can't stand to eat grapefruit but I could sniff one all day. I always rotate between different grapefruit scented body washes.
