Dietbet & Pact: Are they worth it?

If you've used them, how did you like them? Any problems? Anything you'd change about how it's ran?

I'm thinking about joining, however Pacts Instagram comments are concerning.

    I'm finishing my first one at the end of April! I will get my $10 for sure since I met my goal - not sure if I'll get much more because most of the people (14 in a pot of $140) have met their goals. I think I'll do it again!

    I've done 5 diet bets in the last two years and lost them all. I actually ended up gaining weight. I can't deal with the pressure I guess. I'm losing weight now on my own.

    I have done a few Dietbets and won quite a bit of money as well as a 300.00 scale in the weekly draws. My rationale was it cost less than Weight Watchers and I actually made money. The only reason I am not doing any now is the Canadian/US exchange rate is wayyyyy too high. Once it comes down again I will certainly do another Transformer.
