What amount of calories should i eat?

Hi i was 96 kg 188 cm tall in january, i started and stopped dieting but the last month never stopped and now i am 82/83, till now i had 1800~ calories per day, i want to get 78, do you think it's better to just keep this calories or i could just increase a little bit like 2000-2100? i also do boxe which is a very intense training 3 times a week and i ride the bike to go to school.
