MFP recipes for uk?

Hi I've been using MFP to keep track of what I am eating but would really like to make more use of it by using the recipes. The problem is most of it is in cups which we don't use in the UK. Any other uk users who have got round this?

    I got round this by buying a cups measuring set available in every supermarket in the country in the cooking section. cost 2 quid :)

    Some have grams I use them just need to look for them x
