Pre Workout Drink

I'm wondering what people's thoughts are on this issue? Do you use one? Why or why not and which one?

    Water is usually enough for me. If you don't have energy, change up your nutrition.

    I love my pre-workout. Wouldn't dream of going without it. I use 1/2 a scoop of C4 by Cellucor and will quickly see my efforts in the workout exceed what I felt like doing when I started. I usually workout early in the morning or after work, so either way I'm not usually very energized. I know plenty of people who exercise without them and I think that's great, it's just my personal preference because I want to get the most out of my workout and not be held back by what I think I have the energy to do.
