Objective is my college weight (170lbs) ... 2 lbs under max BMI. I have always worked out a lot but the follow on hunger has ruined my many attempts for a slender me.

Turning 60 next month so I'd like to begin my next year with a BANG.
All help and suggestions welcome.

  • I am new here. I know what you mean. I am determined to lose weight before the summer ends. The only thing that's keeping me from my goal is all the parties at my friend's houses. My exercises are riding my bike, swimming, and walking. It's easier to exercise if you do what you like to do. It's more fun, too.:smile:
