Hey, I'm an EMR (in May, an EMT-B) looking for some online buddies to keep me accountable? Or anybody else. You know. I don't discriminate. ;)

Hey! I'm an EMT. Let me just say congratulations on taking that transitional step, it's a huge step that many don't have the courage to take. I wish you huge luck in your career, you truly are and will be a hero to many.
As far as health and fitness are concerned, I wish you even greater luck! Haha often hours are long with little time to prep food or workout. You can bet as soon as you start cooking or thr food is ready, the song will begin to play and you womt have a chance to eat. I have really been struggling with this part of things for the past few months. Very easy to grab what's convenient versus what's healthy. Keep fruits and veggies prepped with you so you can eat them instead of grabbing candy or chips when you stop to fuel up.
Make time for you; if you aren't healthy, you can't take care of your patients.
Again, congrats and best of luck with your national!
