Can you get lean eating fats? Here's what my macros look like... I'm working out 4 times a week and am looking to build lean muscle with minimum fat gain. 4a4hq52qlw2g.png

    Agree with the above post, eating fat doesn't make you fat, eating more calories than you need does. My macro percentages are close to your (40c/30p/30f) but I actually average between 35-40% fat and had no trouble losing body fat.

    Yes. 60g is not even that much fat. That's a good minimum if you're 150 lbs.

    Are you trying to recomp or bulk? But no, eating fat does not make you fat unless it puts you in a surplus. What are your workouts like? Are you in a deficit, maintenance, or surplus calorie range?
