New Guy to forums

Hello,
I have been using my fitness pal for 5 months and it helped me lose 40lbs. I just turned 35 and I am more fit than I was 10 years ago. I like pro wrestling, punk and ska, and Cleveland sports. I recently became more focused on being fit rather than losing weight. What are your thoughts?

    Congrats on the big loss! I've also been working towards my goal, lost 30 pounds now but still have 15 to go. I also have been real big on become healthier and fitter. I'm personally sticking to cardio the most, as gaining muscle in a deficit isn't really helpful for me now. But i plan to start strength training once i get to a weight i feel good at.

    Cleveland sports though, eh? I don't suppose you're from Cleveland. Not many out of staters enjoy our teams :p

    Yep, born and raised in C-Town. I mix strength training with cardio. I also like HIIT routines because they challenge my cardio and they are fun. Congrats on the weight loss. Continue to stick with it. I am constantly looking for different workouts and routines so I don't get stuck in a rut.

    I'm having a hard time tryin to lose 10 Ibs..haha i don't care to much about losing weight anymore..just want to change my eating habits,I don't call it a diet it's more of a lifestyle..
