I like Jillian Michael's Cardio Kickbox, Shape Magazine pilates and abs, Tae Bo is still great ;) . I also bought the Workout dvd (from the TV show on Bravo) called One-on-One Training with Jackie. It's pretty good - there are three 20-minute sections; upper body, lower body, and abs. You can do all of them in any order you want, or just do one or two.

If you have a video game console, Just Dance or other dancing games are really fun ways to get your cardio in. I wear my HRM while I play and I can burn up to 700 calories in an hour without even realizing how hard I'm working. It's a lot of fun!

Ive done so many!! I started with insanity. Then I did p90x3, 21 day fix, 21 day fix extreme and now 22 hard corps! I wish I could have found time for the gym when i started because I do miss it. But I had a baby and was a single mom for long and this was all I could find.

If you have Ondemand there should be a bunch of free exercise videos. Mine has some great kickboxing ones. Otherwise I do CIZE which is not free but I have lost pounds and inches.
