Hi, I have been on and off of my fitness pal for the past 5 years! Which is Not good. I have Now decided to just put my foot down this time around. Which I KNOW Is possible I have done it before. After my divorce from my first marriage My Fitness Pal Helped me Get from a size 16 weighing at 180 BACK down to a size 5 weighing at 130!!! I GAINED my weight after meeting my husband now. Got pregnant lost our baby at 5 months. 3 month's later I was blessed Double with my twins! 4 months after they were born I became pregnant with my youngest who is now 4! To get my Health and body back has been a STRUGGLE! I know I never allowed my body to recover from 3 pregnancies, but thats then and I can only focus on Now! I NEED to stick with losing my weight. I want to be around for my kids and Healthy. I hope everyone here the Best On your Journey!! ;)

    Do you workout? Do you have the funds for a personal trainer? If not, do you need help finding a workout that best fits your needs?
