3 weeks postpartum first-time mom with about 45+ lbs to lose and lots of toning to do!

I am breastfeeding, lightly* exercising (for now) and watching what I eat!

My body changed so much during pregnancy, I have a lot of stretch marks and I went up almost 4 cup sizes (I used to wish I had boobs, now I want my itty bitties back). Oh and then there's the loose belly skin with a lovely pudge and the 2nd degree tears (still swollen!)

Needless to say I'm not feeling great about myself. I don't have any mommy friends- no one to understand the drastic changes bringing a baby into the world does to your body.

The goal is to get back to 115! And tone up some.

Feel free to add me! Everything is easier with support. :)

Hang in there mamma give yourself time to heal. It took 9 months to gain the weight it will take time to loose. And bf uses approx 500 kcal daily. Your uterus would still be high adding to the tummy region. And them boobs they are there for a purpose you'll miss em when they're gone haha.

I had a c section with my first n natural birth 2nd degree tears with baby number 2. It's not only your body it affects but mind set to as you adjust to being a mum. I sent you a wee friend request xx

The sooner I start watching myself the easier it will be to get the weight off... Don't need to judge someone for trying. We're all here for the same reason, to improve ourselves. ❤️

Hi, my little girl is 13 weeks. I've just set up a new group for mums to support each other and log weekly weight loss. Hopefully see you there!
