Ab roller

I just ordered the ab roller. What do you guys think. Is it a good product

It's a good upper body workout, but it doesn't target ab fat, if that's what you want it for.0

No real progression for it, so to improve you need to just do more reps per set up to infinity.0

I've had one for years and I like it. If it's been a while since I've used it, I can definitely feel the soreness in my abs the next day when I do get back to rolling.
One of the handles just broke and I think it's time to let it go and maybe buy a new one, but seriously...I've had my ab roller since I was 16...holy crap, and I'm 30 now! I just don't know if I can give it up.0 -

You can progress from doing them on your knees to knees up.0 -

you can also add side-to-side oblique movements, add weights to your body, change the tempo, etc.0 -
They're useful in conjunction with other core exercises but they're not the magic bullet that the advertisements make them out to be.....0

In my opinion they are a very advanced exercise and require a lot of core strength to be performed correctly. One of the very best movements for your core but have a high risk factor if done incorrectly. Check YouTube, there are a lot of technique instructions out there.0
