I keep reading how you should reach 1200 NET cal minimum. I cant seem to get there most of the time. I've only been on here 3 weeks and Im losing great but I dont want that all to stop. I wanna do this the right way. Sooo could you look at my diary to see if I should be doing something different? Oh and Im on day 7 level 1 of the 30 day shred and try to get 30 minutes on my treadmill or other cardio a day. Thanks for any advice!

.I know this may sound no different from what everyone is saying but add Veggies and fruits to your diet.

Your diary seems very healthy to me. Without exercise you're definitely eating a good amount of cals. I know it probably seems impossible to eat all of your exercise cals back all the time so I think as long as you dont feel deprived or hungry and you are continuing to lose weight then just keep going the way you are at the minute. :)

It looks like you are eating really well! If you want to eat up some of those exercise calories try eating some still healthy but more calorie dense foods. Examples being avocado, almonds, larabars are all natural energy bars that have a lot of dried fruit and nuts. Adding a couple of things like that throughout the day will help bump up your calories but not make you feel like you're eating a mountain of food!

Also, if its an every once and a while thing, don't worry about being a few hundred calories off.

Good job so far and good luck!! :)

Thank you ladies :-) I was thinking maybe a protein shake but I think Im getting enough of that. So I'll get some almonds and avocados on my next shopping trip.
