Hi! I'm Beth. I am doing a Ketogenic diet to aide in my cancer treatment. I have Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer that has moved into my bones. Diagnosed Nov 2015. I'm responding to treatments but I need to get the weight I have gained due to them off! Plus what I brought to the table in the beginning

    Thank you! The goal is to stay ahead of it and prevent spread elsewhere. Tumors are shrinking so this is great. I feel and look fine. Side effect of the meds is weight gain. As I will be in some form of meds for life I want to get a handle on this now!
