Need to get outside and exercise but can't get over this 5 day migraine and the sun kills me.

Have you tried drinking more water? I quit cold turkey coffee and soda and I had a headache which lasted a few days but green tea and water helped get over that0

I have stopped coke but not coffee. However, headaches are a common thing for me. I'm just going out and braving the sun.0

Also I'm getting my 8 servings of water a day.0

Another thing this sounds crazy to me and can not be accurate. This is really only the second day of watching calories and according to my scales I've dropped 4 lbs.0

Weight will fluctuate from day to day. You can be up or down depending on how much you ate and drank the day before. I have tested it myself, weigh at bedtime and then first thing in the morning and down 3 pounds. This is because your body has started processing the food from the day before I assume. It will drop more after the bathroom visit. Always weigh at the same time of day wearing clothes that weigh about the same also. Morning is the best time to weigh, after the bathroom and before you eat or drink anything. I will check my weight through the week sometimes, but I weigh on Monday morning for the official number to see my progress from the previous week.0
