Hi guys,Im a MD intren,I live in Iraq,i spend 5 days a week at the hoapital,i find it really hard to maintain healthy lifestyle,since i can't have a regular healthy meals neither i can find anytime to exercise.
But I'm trying my beat to cut down the calories and introduce fruits into my meals.
I really enjoy this app. Very much and I find it really helpul❤️

    hey there! you seem pretty occupied, I suggest meal prepping ahead of time. if that's not possible for you try to keep healthy snacking alternative in your purse, or locker to avoid making bad choices (e.g. fruits, seeds, grain or nuts) that can keep you full for plenty of time. I know how hard it is to find any healthy snacking or food options in Iraq but it's all about alternating for the least damaging and making the better option (at all cost avoid chips and chocolates) although that's what we have mostly :(
    Exercise doesn't need to be continuous. you can incorporate few body weight movement into your busy schedule, take walks down the hallway, or take the stairs whenever you have the time. if you feel the need to work out at home; a high-intensity interval training taking up to 15 minutes daily is more than enough to lose/sustain a fit physique. remember the duration doesn't matter, it's all about the sustainability..good luck :)
