trying to lose baby fat

i just had a baby 3 months ago got to my heaviest weight of 270 felt so ashamed of my body lost my confidence kept in my head i will get in shape once babys born i want to get to around 150 weight now is 250 so ive lost 20 lbs so far working out 3 days a week in an intense fit camp changing my diet uping my water intake still have ways to gp but i believe in myself
