First post here but have been using MFP for a while. I'm so so close to my goal but finding it so hard the last couple of weeks to stay in a calorie deficit! So hungry and just giving in to cravings. Have any suggestions to help me through this slump? Thanks!

1 take a week off to maintain. Just give yourself a tiny bit of a break IF you know you're the type of person to go back to it.
2 try something new. New exercise class? Something crazy like aerial yoga. A type of movement your body isn't used to, or something you'd have been too self conscious of before etc. It'll both shock your body a bit and give you a mental shake.
3 bribe yourself. New clothes, nice wine, whatever for when you meet your actual goal.
4 introduce some new foods. Get a Jamaican cookbook and try jerk seasonings or something else that's just new. Something healthy but newish!
Sometimes when we're nearing the end of a marathon*, the scenery feels like it all looks the same. Try mixing it up.
You could also do what I did when I reached the last 10 pounds last time and just get pregnant so you can try it all over again.
*Ive never run a marathon. This is probably not true, but it makes for a nice metaphor.2 -

Take a break and eat at maintaining level.
Than after a week, few weeks or even months, start again with a small deficit like cutting 200 and dont even are focussed on losing weight.
Keep doing the same thing ( staying active etc) only go to maintaining.
I did what a lot of people did. Last 10 lbs i upped slowly to maintaining and now even thinking to maybe lose another 5 lbs
When i do i only cut 200 or so...and slowly let it happen lol1 -
You are almost there! You can do it! Maybe you need a week of maintenance rather than deficit. Maybe you're in a food rut. Take a look at new recipes and new vegetables that you could try. Also try a high-fiber breakfast like oatmeal or my favorite (Nature's Path Flax Plus Raisin Bran) to keep you feeling full for longer.0

What happens after you lose the last 7? You're still gonna be watching your Cal intake. Stop thinking of it as a diet but a lifestyle change. Eat your cravings go to the gym and create a deficit for it and move on
I agree with this. I have 5 pounds to go. Like my profile pic says "I didn't come this far to only come this far."2
