how long does it usually take to see the results of toning your arms? I have recently started adding arms into my workouts. I used to just focus on my legs as Im a pear shape. I have starting doing dumbells and rowing machines. Are the rowing machines a good idea? What benefits do they have?xx

I can't really tell you how long it takes to see tone in your arms. I'd guess a few weeks at the earliest, but that depends on so many things. As for rowing machines - they're totally a good idea! A lot of women like to use them because they give you very a sculpted upper back (including shoulders), and they work your arms as well. They're perfect for any shirt/dress/tank that is going to show off your back and arms! If I'm running low on time and need to do my arms - I always make sure to do triceps and rowing!0 -
I think it might just be me but I see differences in my arms before I see it anywhere else. Rowing machines are also good because they are a good cardio workout...its good just because it mixes things up.0

It depends. How often are you working out your arms? If you are doing it 3x a week, it will probably take a minimum of 2 weeks, but more realistically it will take 4 - 6 to see changes in your body.0

Arms can show a difference really quickly - but you need to be doing the right exercises. Biceps for the front, triceps of the back, and also something for the pecs and shoulders.0
