Hello, I'm new to the site. I am here to get healthier, lose weight, receive moral support from people that have gone through the same weight issues I am going through. And if I make a friend or two along the way, even better. So if there are any other 62 year old women with "belly fat" issues with suggestions, I would love to hear about them. I get very motivated by success stories and encouragement from others.

Hey!! Welcome to the site!! It is great and you will find TONS of motivation and support here!
One little tip I will give you.... you can't spot reduce. Which means, you can't burn fat only in a particular area, you body will choose where it takes it from. You can however add "target area" workouts into your routine.. for example, I do a lot of cardio dance for the all over fat burn and then Pilates targeted just at the stomach to tone and tighten that area :P0 -
You are the first person that I have seen in my age group ~ Yeah!!!! When I read your bio I told my husband, "this woman and I have something in common ~ Losing weight and children who do not live by us". This is a wonderful site and there are some pretty great people here who give support unselfishly. I would love to be your friend!!0
