Hello, I'm 34, 5'1" starting weight @ 230lb and working to lose 100lb. Lost 7lb so far (lost 10, but gained back 3 recently, so getting back on track). I lost 50lb in the past, only to gain back even more. This is going to be a long journey, so it will help to have a good support system. Sending request now. This is an inspiring thread!! I'm a 100lbs+ loser - I've kept it off for a few years now and am very consistent on MFP and am happy to lend advice, recipes, motivation and support to anyone who'd like it! Congratulations to all of your for starting your journey ... It's not easy every day, but it's the most rewarding feeling!
