Well I'm posting in the "introduce yourself" but this isn't my first time in the MFP rodeo- lost 154 pounds the last time around (feel free to poke in my profile pics to see the before and after). Just getting back on the horse to lose a bit of baby weight. Hoping to find some old friends and perhaps make some new ones.
