Re-Starting

I'm re-starting...need a kick in the butt to get going....I know all the facts and health and nutrition....I don't have any good excuses. I'm currently at 217 and have goals of 205 and then 195. I want to eat healthy and feel good again.

Restarting, been doing it a week. I feel like I did well. I do low carb with my doctors advices. Hoping this really works. 80 lbs to lose, sad when you put the total amount down on paper. BUT, I CAN do this!!!0

I am restarting too. About 60lbs to lose, 11 already lost. But I am breaking what I have to lose down into 10lb increments so I don't get overwhelmed.
I just do yoga with wrist weights 3X a week, & a kettlebell HIIT workout 2X a week, smaller portions of healthier foods & my wellness drink which has boosted my overall health & aided in weight loss for me. We can do this!
