 I wouldnt. Its okay if you go over once. Even like weight watchers and programs give you extra calories each week.

You could do some exercise & earn some calories back for today. That's one idea!:flowerforyou:

I'm not really an expert or anything, but I think consistency is the key. Just try to stay at your limit tomorrow, don't go under, just try to do better than the day before. And don't let the frustration of going over your limit stress you out, just let it go and determine to do better the next day.

It's better to just make sure tomorrow is a clean eating day (whole foods, low sugar, no excess sodium, getting complex carbs and lean protein each time you eat and trying to eat every 2-3 hours - small portions of course) than to reduce your calories even more. This needs to be a forward-motion journey. Get some extra exercise and eat really well tomorrow and realize that in the grand scheme the only way one day of going over matters is if you let it get you down and eat your emotions tomorrow. Move on with healthy choices tomorrow and again the next day and keep it up as much as you can! :flowerforyou:

:flowerforyou: Yeah I'd just throw in some exercise and eat your normal calories...

The most important thing is that you're aware you went over. Keep that in mind tomorrow, and don't go over. You don't have to be perfect every day :)
  • Thanks girls! I had been eating Lean C. all week at lunch and this is the first time I had carryout (chinese) with the other teachers It's unbelievable how many calories such things contain!:noway:

I agree with heyjude, do a little extra exercise today, but eat your normal calorie goal. I went over a bit one day this week myself, but remember, to keep your metabolism up - you have to eat. Just make smarter choices in the days ahead.

IT'S early....you can burn a bunch of calories during the rest of the day

walking...crawling around acting like you are looking fo ra contact....clean that bathroom again....scrub the tub...wash the windows.....do some mild stretching....

never just say oh well...maybe tomorrow

make it fun...reward yourself wityh some exercise

    what would Jillian Michaels say?
