ive tried so many diets.
I've done so many cleanses
I've never had an app that helped me tracked everything down. It's new for me and it's going well. Am I suppose to eaty 1200 calories a day or stay under ? Day 3 so hard. But summer here I come!

    1,200 is the lowest a woman should go. But most people don't recommend that, such a huge deficit in such a short time normally causes people to run themselves into the ground. Listen to your body. If you're feeling really hungry or tired it's wise to up your calories. And if you're exercising you should eat back about 50%-75% of those calories back

    Just make sure you measure out your liquids, and weigh your food. Good luck! Take one day at a time.

    Welcome!! 1200 for me wasn't sustainable. I'm 5'4" and found that 1450 was my sweet spot..and I eat back 75% of my calorie burn. You can always adjust as you go. Keep it up and find some great MFP's to motivate you and keep you logging in..YOU got this!
