I'm Nicole, I'm 26, a mother to a beautiful 6 year old girl, and my set of boy/girl twins. I've always had issues with my weight, I carry it well so no one could or can tell how much I actually weigh. When my husband and I got married I was at my smallest after 3 years of dieting and light exercise. After having the twins I just can't seem to drop these pounds. I'm trying to get back down to 145-155. As of now I'm at 178 pounds!

We all diet for big events but that is not natural. We all need to make life changing diet and exercise improvements that are permanent. You will do great! Give yourself a small goal and reach it. Then pick a bigger goal. Success motivates us! Rob0

Hi Nicole ! Welcome ! Get yourself a food scale and remember the basics - weight loss comes down to a calorie deficit. Calories in - calories out0
