I went into a diet program 2 years ago so I could be alive for my grandchildren. I lost 75 pounds in 5 months and I have been trying to maintain since then. I eat for comfort, I eat for stress, I eat in private so it won't count. I eat because I have to. I learned to eat to live, I learned to walk to live, I learned to eat and be mindful. I have not yet learned how to forgive myself for eating. I have maintained this weight for almost 18 months and it doesn't get easier, I just know what I can't eat and when I eat that I know I need to focus to clean it out again.

We are all in similar state. Sadly, there is plenty of food around us but we should avoid it. I love how the app lets you scan food in and analyze it for you.0
