New to the app and ready to start seeing results! I mainly just focus on eating healthier foods, cutting out sweets and fast food for the most part. I try to workout 6 times a week at the gym. I'm aiming to lose about 45lbs, and if more, even better! Just trying to change my habits and lifestyle to be a healthier and happier me!
I would totally love some people to friend me for more motivation and to just help each other through the journey with recipes and workouts! ☺️
