I had 6 oz. of grilled salmon the other night, and my food tracker only gave a value of 6g of protein, when it should have been closer to 40....am I looking at these protein values wrong???

Did you add the values yourself or pick from the database?0

Not all items in the database are correct. If it has a green check mark next to it, it should be accurate. If it does not have that check mark, check the nutritional information first before you use it. Some of the items in the database are WAY OFF what they should be, may not even have the full nutritional information (protein, carbs, sugars, etc.)0
