Ok I'm a pet groomer, mostly dogs. In this app I can only track food and steps. I do I add my cardio of man handling, (washing, cutting) the dogs? It isn't in there. I do almost 5 dogs a day. Need imput on this. Thxs for all the feed back

You may want to try cleaning, light to medium effort. However, I think the calories burned on that are very high. I generally cut mine in at very least half.

Just work it into your daily activity setting then log your actual workouts.

I would not log your job as exercise. Set your activity level to "lightly active" since you are on your feet most of the day and then log your exercise separately.

If you do this every day then I would personally not consider it additional exercise and would also just factor it into my daily activity settings.

Your job should be included in your activity level and not logged separately as exercise. I do animal care work as well. My fitbit helps me figure out where to put my activity level settings.
