Crazy hours!!!!

How do you go about losing weight of you work crazy hours!!!! When I work 12 hours days I'm fina and I loose a lot of weight but when I work 12 hour nights I gain it back... I have to eat because I am walking 15 miles a day but when I work in the night I don't get full sleep in day so I eat in day and nigh

    Nutrition is key! Make sure you are eating clean food, and keeping under your calorie goal, regardless of your shift, and you should start loosing.

    I work 12 hour shifts, sometimes days, sometimes nights....along with 24 hour shifts. My sleep schedule is horrid, and rarely do I actually get a full night's sleep. If I am going to work night, I tend to hold back calories to make up for it...choosing salads to fill me more throughout the day, while leaving calories for night time.
    I plan my meals and snacks, prep everything ahead of time, and log it all to make sure it will fit within the parameters I want. The time of my shift makes no difference, it's the choices that do.
