I recently went from 238lb to 155lbs... However for the past few months I have been neglecting my diet and gained 10lbs I now weigh 164lbs. My goal weight is 145lbs, I am looking for some motivated men and women to join me in reaching my goal of 20lbs by July 30th (my best friends wedding and my boyfriends birthday) it doesn't matter how much you "need" to lose just set a goal to complete by July. Any and everyone can add me. Please motivate me to stay fit! I WANT TO SEE THIS TUMMY GO DOWN!

Great job! Try putting some positive motivational quotes on your bathroom mirror. This week mine says: Go till the whistle blows.
We just started a summer time ab challenge at my gym this morning. So I'm super excited! Go ahead and add me as well.
Go unbroken!

You look amazing!!! Way to go!!! Remember how great you felt in your last picture & how you felt in the first. You worked really hard to get where you are now!!! Don't stop until you've reached your goal!! You are almost there!!! You got this!!1

You have done great, I'm in a similar position. It took 12 months yo lose 28lb. I've now gained 9 back!! Trying to lose a few of them...again lol. We can do this0

What is YOUR motivation? That's the most important thing. Remember that although date goals help keep us focused, don't get too tied to a date. We can't control everything about this process and you don't want to get discouraged if you don't meet the date!2

Wow, you look great and I hope you can make it to your goal~!
I'm finally ready to take an honest look at my calorie intake and add more exercise into my daily routine.
Right now I am 274lbs but my goal is 165lbs...I have a long way to go but if I could lose 15lbs by July I'd be well on my way! Good luck and you are welcome to add me!0 -
Congrats on weightless! The fact that you are still continuing on this journey and NOT giving up is awesome and you should be so proud of yourself.. Remember everyone has set backs but it's all about getting yourself back on track and completing this journey in a safe, healthy way!1

You look amazing and even though you had a setback, you got this! In the same boat after putting on 60lbs after losing over 100. We are just on our way to being fitter and firmer people.1

You look amazing. Great job. You can get back on track. Is normal to slip. You did the first step by recognizing it so getting back on it will be easy. God bless.0

Awesome job, you will find your motivation again, it's the same as it was before, your motivation mostly comes from inside you when your life changes. So just keep on going! You got this. Again!0

Way to go for reigning it in before it got out of control:) I used to do a program where after you hit goal you would weigh yourself weekly and if you ever got to 3lbs up you drop your cals for a week to keep it in check;) You are doing great!!1

You look amazing! How far you have come should be motivation enough. Honestly idk how I stay motivated. It comes from deep within. Oh and my trip to Vegas helps too. Lol0
