Easy on the go
I need plenty of ideas on how to prepare simple yet satifying meals as the typical life for a college student is being summersed into school and having a job. I need to know these so i don't fall back on ordering fattening food that only fuels my cravings. Help please!

The best I've found is oatmeal in a jar. It is very inexpensive and keeps me full for hours. I make several weighed servings, pour equally into jars and place in fridge. Each day I grab one. I drink water (lots) before and after and I am able to forget about food and keep working a long time for pennies. My husband laughs because I am always raving about oatmeal. There are a million variations.0
