How many calories fitbit gives you for 10k steps?

I understand that calories burned depends on stats. So can you please mention your stats as well.
I don't have fitbit or any hrm gadgets and I'm trying to estimate the approx burn.
I use Pacer app which is giving me 250 Cal for 10k steps. I'm 5'5" and 62.5 kg(138 lbs)

That seems pretty spot on. I'm 5'5 and ~130 and my Apple Watch gives me about that much for 10,000 steps (if it's just walking). More if some of those steps are from running.2

5'-10" male 80kg about 400 more than my sedentary setting on MFP.1

5'9", 27yo female about 160lbs and it gives me an extra 500cals for 10k steps at sedentary
I've learnt that it overestimates my burns though, surprisingly even more with the HR monitor. I log accurately ( everything in g on a food scale and I truly log everything) but it's overestimating my burn by about 200cals, more If I'm more active0 -
I use samsung gear.
Yesterday, I reached over 19,000 steps, with 3 main bursts of high-moderate walking (3.5mph)
200 lbs female, 33yo, 5'4" - it allocated over 900 calories.
On MFP, I logged the 3 faster bursts of walking, and it was assessed as 600 cals.
Ordinarily, i try not to eat any of my exerise calories as it's so roughly assessed, though I had dinner out last night that definitely hit in to it, but I think I overestimated my intake also... so it should even out.0 -
I get around 300 extra for 11-14k steps (sometims a little more/sometimes a little less) if the majority of my steps are from walking with my activity level set to Active.
I'm 5'4.5 and in the low 120's (trend is 121.9).0 -
If I get over 10K steps I get 500-800 calories added (depends on pace, it seems like). But I'm also very obese. Your numbers sound about right.0

For me 1900-2000TDEE for 10k - I'm 5ft 2/ 46/130lbs0

That seems reasonable for your weight.
I get 800-1000 for 10k steps from pacer, depending on speed/time. But Im also 2.5x your weight, so theres that.0 -
My fitbit doesn't give anything, it takes them off! Except if I do over 12k steps0

6'3", about 220 lbs. On completely sedentary days (around 2k steps), Fitbit says I expend about 2.5k calories. That seems right.
Fitbit estimated 3.9k calories expended on a day I got 15k steps. I was fishing, so I dunno how much heart rate variance effects thats. I feel like that's a bit high. I would say it's at least 500 calories too high.

I set my activity to sedentary right now (broken foot in a walking boot and doing pt). I am 5'5" and 137 and I get about 300 kcal for 10k steps. When I was active (pre-injury), I would get about 200kcal for 10k steps of just walking and more for running.0

I weigh 260, 5'7", set to sedentary. So when I get 10k steps I am given between 500-600 extra.0

Tuesday 4/19 I had 10,850 steps and I was given a Fitbit adjustment of 350 calories. I have MFP set to sedentary. I'm 5'4" about 125.5 lbs. Although I have my settings at 5'3" for increased accuracy. The adjustment will depend on your settings (more for sedentary and less for active). My Fitbit doesn't show how many additional calories I burned for those steps, only my TDEE. However, MFP sets my maintaince calories at 1,520 and Fitbit said I burned in the 1,800 range that day so I assume it's correct.0 -
I've got MFP set to 1200 (I don't log), and sedentary, I'm 5'6" 135# 51yo, female. 10k steps gives me 500-600 depending on how I get them.0

I am sedentary and set to 1200 per day. I am 5'7" and weigh 217. My Fitbit gives me an additional 600-1000 calories per day based on steps taken and my workouts. I aim to keep my calories eaten between 1500 and 1600 no matter how many calories I "earn". That way I am technically eating back some of my exercise calories, but still have a buffer for any imperfect logging and any over or under estimation of calories burned. It seems to be working quite well so far.1
