I'm 5ft6 too. Started at 193lbs, now at 172. Hoping to get down to about 140. If I get there I'll be well pleased.0

I am 5'6 and currently 133 lbs, measure 35/28/39
Aiming for 120lbs, measuring 33/24/36 (What I measured when I was 120 before)
Any less than 120 and I start to look too skinny.
I have got quite a bit of muscle though.
Hope that helps!0 -
I'm 5'6'' and currently about 128 pounds. My original goal weight was 125, but I'm quite happy at 128 actually, especially now that I'm really starting to see in my body. I've been putting a lot of work into weight training and HIIT and really starting to see results in my muscle definition and general leanness.0

my goal weight is 133 (currently 126) my stats are
5ft 7", 36-28-34 (big chest, ok waist and tiny hips)
when i was 248lb my hips where only 41" but my stomach was 46" and so was my chest! upside down traffic cone apparently.0 -
I am 5'6" and I have roughly set it to 136lbs. But Its upto you, I would say stop losing when you are comfortable with your body.0

i'm aiming for 130lbs, but the last 12 don't want to shift so at my chrrent 142lbs i'm 34-27-35 but mainly muscle with a body fat of 15.4%, 130lbs is my happy (head) weight, being body dismorphic i only ever see a fat person reflecting back :-(
everyone is different get to the weight where you are happy because you are all that matters at the end of the day x0 -
I'm 5'6" too. I checked the BMI calculator and it gave a broad "Healthy BMI" range from about 115-155. I'm aiming for 145 because that's when I'm a size 8 and I like to still have some curves.0

Anywhere between 120 and 150 I would say. 154 is considered "overweight though".
I am ALMOST 5'6'' and my goal is to be about 130-134 lbs.
Also, for most you want to shoot and have your BMI to be over 18 but under 25.0 -
There are so many factors. Height is only one. An ideal weight for 5' 6" woman literally ranges from 110 to 150 depending on your frame and how much muscle you have. I bet there are many women who are over 150 and at a perfectly healthy weight too. There's no idea number. have you body fat measured. that's far more accurate at guaging your health than a scale number.0

I'm also 5"6 and the last time I was happy with my body I was 133 lbs, but I'll be happy if I get under 140.
But it is really up to you. If you feel happy and healthy, then that's all that matters really.0
