Don't know what to do not seeing health coach for another week should I weigh my self or wait don't trust my scales ?

    If it's stressing you out and you don't think your home scale is accurate, just wait until you see your health coach. Keep on your plan, log your food, and see where it takes you.

    And consider buying a new scale for home. :smile:

    You can get a base weight from your scale, and start working on yourself now based on your own scale. If you don't trust your scale, then get a new one. Also get a food scale. You're going to need it.

    FWIW I use a Balance Beam Scale and always weigh first thing in the morning. That way I am sure I am getting a accurate weight. I always weigh more at the doctors, OTOH I am wearing shoes and heavy clothes with loaded pockets and expect that to happen. My Scale never gives inconsistent results or eats batteries.

    I also agree with the post that it is not as important if the scales match as long as You always use the same scale at home so You can get a accurate reading of weight loss, gain or maintaining. I also know that the scale at home will be the most accurate since You can get on it wearing the same thing everytime and before having any foods or beverages.

    BTW expect some weight fluctuations, that is completely normal
