Homemade Soft Pretzles

I love soft pretzels but I know the frozen kind have tons of sodium and the store ones are filled with sugar. Does anyone have a good homemade recipe? I don't have a bread maker but I do have a oven! Thanks!

I've made this recipe several times and it is always great. If you add the entire 2/3 cup of baking soda (used for boiling the pretzels) to the recipe builder, it will skew the sodium of the recipe.
