I SO need to lose weight. But at times it becomes a struggle being the only one in my family trying to lose weight. :( So, that's why I'm looking for new friends. Add me if iinterested! <3

    I need motivation too. Let's motivate each other. I've been on a diet for a week now. I'm going running after work. What are your plans for diet or exercise?

    1500 calorie diet and no junk. I go to the Y once in a while. But I need to go more. I just mainly go on the treadmill and elliptical. I need to spin and do other things. What about you?
