I am not sure if I am on a good website for myself. I have an eating disorder and I don't want to be triggering to anyone else. I don't have have any self esteem. Just wanted to put this out there.

If you are active in your ED, or even in recovery, you should focus more on if this website will be triggering for you. Talk to your treatment team, but calorie counting websites are often considered off-limits until recovery is well-established.1

MFP can be a good supplement of support when needed so you are welcome in the community!
With that said, you should seek professional help if you haven't already for your eating disorder. Many in the MFP community had an ED in the past and overcame it. The support is here!0 -
