Folks being the same weight but drastically diff sizes has everythin to do with their shape and muscularity. I do a lot of body weight exercises (squats, lunges, hip thrusts) And I'm more rectangular shape ....naturally small hips and legs (unfortunately lol).. They are very shapely/muscled now (which is nice), but alas, they are Small. Now my upper body is still in a medium and not trying to Really budge yet... (small waist, chubby arms) Have to drop another ten pounds probably...2 -

Loving this thread!
SW: 262 (US size 20/22)
CW: 229 (US size 16/18)
1st GW: 200
Height: 5'83 -
SW 225.2 Barely hanging on to US 16
CW 152.4 Mostly US 6 (some brands an 8 and some brands a 4)
I agree the sizing is all over the place which makes buying clothes without trying them on out of the question.
It's interesting that last time I was this weight (about 20 years ago) I was always a size 12 even at my lowest adult weight of 130...size 12. Probably has something to do with all my working out now and a lot to do with vanity sizing.3 -
54" down to 32"3
-
I'm 5'5'' - My weight is primarily in my middle; I have a relatively small butt and thin legs for my size.
SW 290 - I couldn't find jeans to fit my proportions, so I wore 3x yoga pants
CW 250 - size 20W or 18W, depending on brand3 -
I'm only 5 weeks in. Can anyone see a difference?

It is fun and motivating to know . I will start by my self
SW 244 pound, jeans size US 18/16
After 20 pound loss iam on size 16 and 18 is bit big still wearable tho.
What about you guys?
I started at 164 lbs in a tight size 14 and now I wear a size 8 at 125 lbs. My goal is a size 4 so probably 10 lbs to go.
Edit: my height is 5'4" and sizes are US.2 -
Started out with a tight US 6, probably should have worn an 8 tbh. Now I'm in size 4. At this rate I'm assuming I'll be a size 0-2 when I get to my goal.
ETA: Started at 172, currently ~159. 5'4" pear shape.3 -
Starting weight 305, 6'2" tall, size 46-48 US Mens. Current weight 191, size 34 US Mens. Could wear 32's if I wanted, but they would likely be tight depending on the brand/style. I don't expect much more loss at the point, so will probably stick with 34's.2

You can totally see a difference! Keep it up.crossmankm wrote: »
