As a serial dieter, having tried them all, I am amazed to have found this is my best start to a diet-ever!
I have lost 9lbs in my first week & just can't believe it! I've never tried just calorie counting before & am astounded!
In fact, I'm worry ing that my scales are dodgy so roll on week 2 when I can test that theory!
