Hi, I am just wondering if I stay in the calorie allowance for meal. And get up feeling full, is that ok? Normal? Even if it's just salad? I feel like I should be feeling hungry at the end of a meal and if I don't I must have eaten too much. Thank you

Why would you want to still be hungry at the end of a meal? Satisfied, yes. Stuffed full, no. Hungry, no.1

As long as you maintain a deficit, you can eat as much as you would like and still lose weight.1

1kg (2.2lbs) of carrots is 410 calories.
100g(0.22lbs) of milk chocolate is 535 calories.
If you eat the 1kg of carrots, you probably won't be hungry after. You eat the 100g of chocolate, you probably will be hungry.
Volume (and how full you feel after a meal) does not dictate calories or if you will lose weight or not.2 -
Thank you. All your answers really help0
