Can't get motivated to exercise and have gained 7 lbs... :(

I've went from 128 to 135 and just can't get out of my slump... What can I do to get perked back up for exercise?

    Just go do something. You can wait forever for motivation to come and never have it happen. Sometimes it is work.

    Try something new? I tried Belly Dancing a few years ago and it was an amazing motivator and confidence boaster! I moved though so couldn't keep taking the classes but I bought a dvd and today I finally re dug it out and am looking forward to using it again! Also something about wearing a colorful jingly skirt TOTALLY makes you feel awesome!

    I read something somewhere which said that motivation is fleeting and you should learn to make yourself do things, that is the only way you'll keep at it in the long run :)
