Hello everyone! Just got the app to help me with my daily intake and encourage me to exercise. Not sure if I should add people yet but anyone got any tips about healthy meals when you don't have the time? I'm constantly on the move and don't have time to prepare a proper meal but would really like to. Thanks in advance!

Best tip I can give is - add friends. It really helps to keep on track! As for the food, try preparing meals the night before and look into meals that you can prepare in the oven on one pan, it save loads of time. I love doing veggies and salmon, as it only takes 25ish minutes and doesn't require my attention. Preparation is key! Buy some storage boxes for food and prepare your meals for the next day, so you don't have to spend time and energy making choices as you go about with your day. And good luck x

Add friends, I was like you, support and motivation is everything. When you feel like you have had a *kitten* day there is always someone to lift you up help brush you off and push you in right directions. We all need that from time to time.
    Easy snacks:
    Almonds
    Hard boiled eggs
    Shreddies cereal (dry)
    Pepperoni turkey sticks
    Cheese strings
    Apple

These are a few of my favourite bring anywhere snacks
